Stage 01: Requirement Scoping
Most bad placements trace back to a requirement that was never actually specific: "a senior developer" instead of the real shape of the gap, the stack, the domain, the seniority, the actual problem this person needs to solve. We spend real time here, asking the questions a generic staffing form never asks, because a precise requirement is what makes everything downstream fast instead of a guessing game.
Outcome: A vague brief produces a vague shortlist, no matter how large the candidate pool behind it.
